Can anyone come out with ways to cut on unnecessary cost of the company

Can anyone suggest ways or point out areas where the company can save on unnecessary expenditure or where the cost could be minimize.
Even saving a penny matters.

1) Being Vigilant: stand by the cabin / workplace where Ac or the lights are on when there is no one around.
2) Re-Use of Rough Papers: re-using the rough papers for print outs within the office helps a lot to save paper cost.
3) Unnecessary requisition to Admin.

Need time to think more.......

By using the technology (latest) as more as possible. To replace the manual process we must be introduce some IT related tech. like
Video (Desktop) Conferencing- to reduce the Tour & Travels cost
E-filling- to reduce the Print cost (need awareness)
and share the maximum resource- to avoid the Unnecessary requisition
